CCTV PLANNED FOR USEFUL EVIDENCE
REDUCED BLIND SPOTS
We assess sight lines and obstacles before agreeing on each camera position.
PRACTICAL FOOTAGE ACCESS
We show you how to view live images and retrieve recordings when needed.
PRIVACY CONSIDERED
We plan camera views carefully to avoid unnecessary intrusion into private areas.
USEFUL IMAGES WHERE THEY MATTER MOST
A camera is only useful when it covers the right area and produces an image you can understand. We review approaches, entrances and other vulnerable parts of your property before recommending camera positions. Viewing angles, image clarity, low-light performance and likely blind spots all shape the design. We also consider how nearby movement, lighting and physical features may affect the view. This planning gives you purposeful coverage rather than a larger number of poorly positioned cameras recording areas that add little value.

CLEAR RECORDING AND RESPONSIBLE VIEWING
We mount and configure the cameras, plan discreet cable routes where practical and set up suitable recording functions. Storage and footage retrieval are discussed so you know how recordings are kept and how to find an event. Where remote viewing is part of the selected system, we show you how to access it. We also discuss responsible placement, including neighbouring property and private areas that should not be captured unnecessarily. The finished system is tested before we demonstrate live views and recorded footage.
Frequently asked questions
How do you decide where CCTV cameras should go?
We review entrances, approaches, vulnerable areas, lighting and possible obstructions. We then agree on positions that support useful coverage and image quality while considering privacy and avoiding unnecessary views.
Can we view our home CCTV while away?
Remote viewing may be available with the system selected for your property. We discuss the required connection and viewing options during planning, then configure and demonstrate the agreed access after installation.
How will we retrieve recorded CCTV footage?
We explain the recording and storage arrangement supplied with your system. During handover, we demonstrate how to search for a relevant time, review the event and retrieve footage using the available controls.
